Conference Sponsorship Opportunities
Seize the opportunity to appeal to a captive audience and network with the leaders in the Records and Information Management profession, by becoming a sponsor for ARMA Pacific Region's Leadership Conference. This conference attracts ARMA chapter and region leaders from the Pacific Region, which includes chapters from California, Arizona, Utah, Nevada and Hawaii.
The Pacific Region offers sponsors a five-minute opportunity to explain and/or demonstrate their products and services prior to the event they sponsor. Your organization will also be listed at our registration table, be included in our conference program, acknowledged at our Saturday awards luncheon, and listed on our Pacific Region Website. Sponsorships are available at the $250.00, $500.00, and $1000 "Gold Sponsor" levels. Gold Sponsors will get a larger logo on the Pacific Region website, acknowledgement on conference material, and dedicated vendor tables at the conference.
If you or a representative of your organization is not able to attend the conference, you may send your information to our Pacific Region Coordinator, Brian Moriki. One of the Region Leaders will be happy to make the presentation on your behalf.
