You may visit the ARMA Pacific website without revealing any personal information about yourself. Personal information like name, address, telephone number and e-mail is obtained only when voluntarily submitted from our Speakers Information Survey page or through emails to any of the Region Leadership Team.
If you choose to provide personal information via the Internet, we will use your personal information only to respond to your question or to provide you with the information you have requested.
Your information is not saved unless you specifically ask to be added to our Speakers Bureau.
If you choose to join our Speakers Bureau, your personal information will be stored in a database and used to create a resource directory of persons available to speak at chapter meetings and seminars in the Pacific Region. This directory will be shared with the leadership of the 16 chapters within the Pacific Region and posted in a directory on our website.
In the process of administering our site, we maintain and track usage through web server logs, which provide such information as what types of browsers are accessing our site, what pages receive high traffic and and what times of day. We will use this information to improve the content and navigation features of our site. It is not used to personally identify you.
Other than delineated above, we will not sell, rent or lease to others names, addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses.
Send an email to the Pacific Region Manager to request a copy of your file or to be removed from the Speakers Bureau. To update your information, resubmit the Speaker's Information Survey, making sure to select "Update" for the first question.
By using the ARMA Pacific Region website, you signify your assent to this Privacy Statement. If ARMA Pacific Region updates or changes this Privacy Statement, the changes will be made to this page. Your continued use of the web site following the posting of changes to this Privacy Statement will mean you accept those changes. Notifications of changes will be e-mailed to those in our Speaker's Bureau.
